Senior Sales Associate : 5.5 - 6.5 INR LPA
Years of Experience : 1-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Insurance
Language Proficiency : English
Job Responsibilities :
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers- needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Skill Sets Required :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Insurance.
- Enthusiasm to work in a target Oriented Environment
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills : verbal (English) Any other language is an added advantage.
- An understanding of timelines.
- A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good memory at any given point, there will be a bunch of conversations you- re driving, and context is a king or queen!
- Willing to travel within East Bangalore.
