Job Summary :
The Sales Associate for Devices is responsible for managing the sales function within the medical device industry. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. It plays a vital role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for devices.
- Set & achieve sales targets, develop sales forecasts, and monitor performance against goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments for devices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and sales campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the device field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
