Overview :


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to spearhead our efforts in recruiting talented MBA students to our college. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our institution by attracting top-tier MBA candidates and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategy : Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to MBA students. Utilize market research and analysis to identify target demographics and develop marketing plans to attract them.

2. Forge Partnerships : Cultivate relationships with Graduates, career services offices, and student organizations at target universities to enhance our college's visibility and reputation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to organize events, workshops, and presentations to engage with prospective students.

3. Promotional Material Development : Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to showcase our college's offerings and unique value proposition to MBA candidates. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.

4. Lead Generation and Conversion : Utilize various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and inquiries from prospective MBA students. Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide candidates through the admissions process and maximize conversion rates.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

6. Event Management : Plan and execute recruitment events, such as information sessions, campus visits, and virtual fairs, to engage with MBA candidates and provide them with insights into our college's culture, programs, and opportunities.

7. Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective MBA students throughout the recruitment process. Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, provide personalized guidance and support, and facilitate connections with faculty, alumni, and current students.

8. Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the MBA landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment, with a focus on the education sector or MBA programs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including prospective students, faculty, staff, and external partners.

- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a track record of achieving targets and objectives.

- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work evenings or weekends as needed for events and recruitment activities.
