Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Formulate and implement a digital marketing strategy to generate and convert leads at scale.
- Formulate a viable proposition on lead generation & salary/commission to be paid to the agents
- Determining the right financial product and lender for our customer considering the cost, timelines and other terms & conditions associated with such product/lender
- Taking end to end responsibility for service delivery to customers
- Finalize training modules and impart necessary training to agents & telesales executives
Requirements :
- Min 2 Year Of Sales Or Marketing experience In any Sector/ BFSI
- Good Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Analytic skills
- Team handling experience
- Problem solving
- Management skills
