Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Keep Track of Communication with Clients
- Prepare and submit daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports
