Associate Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Build up a Team through your previous portfolio, known person, friends, and relatives
- Train and Motivate team members
- Insurance policy sale through Team members
- Solving queries team members
- Increasing business through team member
- Provided proper guidance to your team member
- Partner with aqua feed millers, distributors, and dealers in the market to develop value-added communication, relationship, and business.
- Providing technical services to aquafeed millers and aqua farmers.
- Supporting dealers and distributors expanding their business.
- Must work towards achieving sales targets.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
