Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are seeking an Associate Sales Manager with Insurance & BFSI experience for a leading company in India.
Roles and Responsibility :
- This role offers growth opportunities, contributes to the bank's success, and enhances customers' financial security.
- Educate walk-in customers on various products
- Build long term relationships with Bank Staff.
- Exposure to banking and financial services industry
- Selling life insurance policies to clients and providing ongoing customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas of growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
Candidate Profile :
Education : Graduates
Experience : 2 to 4 years in BFSI Domain
Age : Between 24 to 38 years
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills
