Associate Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
- To create awareness about a product to the customer
- To generate a source of advisor through an open market, friends & relatives, and client relationships
- Train, guide and motivate your team members to bring business
- Meet Personal Sales Goals
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local of the same city
