Associate Sales Manager - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Position: Associate Sales Manager
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of field sales experience in any industry
Location: Mumbai
Candidate must be local of Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
- To ensure that the sales targets have either been met or exceeded
- To be able to tap and identify new potential market areas
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
