Associate Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Associate Manager should assist the manager in developing a business strategy that will help in achieving the sales targets outlined by the company
- Associate Manager should implement effective plans that will help his team members to improve the sales figures
- Associate Manager should come up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products
- Associate Manager should constantly communicate with the team members to understand their issues and resolve them. Associate Manager should try to tap their strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training
- Associate Manager should provide an appropriate feedback to the sales manager regarding the performance of his members
- Associate Manager is actively involved in recruiting and training the new sales professionals
