- Consistently reaching or exceeding insurance sales targets.
- Work closely with Insurance partners to provide sales effectiveness support to the Bank channel
- Communicate with advisors and field leaders regarding results of supervisory activity
- Monitoring the sales team's performance.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer connections.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification : Bachelor's degree
- Experience : 2+ Years in Sales + 1 Year in BFSI
- Age : 21 to 38 Years
- Customer-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
