Associate Sales Manager (2-3 yrs)
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Position:- Key sales manager
CTC:- Up to 3.00 LPA
Responsibilities :
- Collect lead based data from various branches and convert leads into business
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Convert more and more leads into sales
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 2+ years' of sales experience (BFSI Candidates will not preferred)
- Local candidate with good local network
- Candidate having bike and driving license
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: - 200,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year
