Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in promoting luxury gifting within the B2B sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, establishing key partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Outreach:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to target corporates, intermediaries, gifting companies, and high-end restaurants.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their gifting needs and preferences.

Online Presence:

- Manage the listing process on relevant online marketplaces, ensuring our luxury gifts are showcased effectively.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online visibility through SEO, social media, and other digital channels.

Offline Sales Channels:

- Identify and participate in relevant fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our luxury gift offerings.

- Collaborate with event organizers to maximize our brand presence and secure potential B2B partnerships.

Sales Channel Identification:

- Conduct market research to identify new sales channels and potential business opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to tap into untapped markets, ensuring a diversified and expanded client base.

Client Relationship Management:

- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the luxury goods and corporate gifting industry.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance our product offerings and market reach.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
