- Someone from Furnishing/Furniture background. Having good contacts with Interior/Architects/ Builder- generating business from them.
- Responsible for generating sales, maintaining high customer service standards, closing orders & providing after sales service.
- Greeting & assisting customers while checking the Customers requirements.
- Displaying Samples & Catalogues as per the customers' preference.
- Coordination with the warehouse for Stock updates, order follow ups, etc.
- Analysis of customer feedback & suggesting improvements to the Store Manager.
- Preparing Sale Contracts, punching orders, track deliveries, etc.
- Achieve individual sales targets month on month.
- Awareness of current trends in Home Fabrics/Decor.
