Position: Associate - Sales - Instrumentation products (Third-Party Payroll position)
Location : Chennai, Mumbai
Experience : 0 - 3 years
Educational qualifications : Diploma / BE / BTech in Instrumentation engineering
Role :
- Instruments model selection for enquiries
- Data sheets evaluation
- Offer preparation
- Internal and external follow up etc.
Description :
Key responsibilities / tasks :
1. Prepare techno-commercial offers for project orders
2. Prepare Technical specification, Datasheets & Drawings pre & post order.
3. Seek drawing and datasheet approvals from customer
4. Book received project orders.
5. Product testing and inspection.
6. Delivery expediting with sub vendors, factories based on project schedule.
7. Inspection at vendors place, factories, etc.
8. Dispatch activities including visit to factory premises, supervision of packing & dispatch activities at different locations (Bhiwandi/Kalwa)
9. Procurement activities like arranging offers from vendors, technical & commercial evaluation, approvals & PO Placements.
Know-how :
1. Understanding of Process Instrumentation technologies
Skills :
1. Microsoft office suite like Excel, word & PowerPoint / vision
2. Good at formal written communication in English to be able to interpreted inputs / document offerings / deviations
