Location of work: Hospital assigned to the Sales Associate
Nature of work :
- Handle the insurance counseling desk at an assigned hospital
- Counseling patients and understanding their insurance claim related problems
- Capture patient contact details in SureClaim CRM app
- Convincing patients to use SureClaim claim assistance service and quote service fee to them
- Convert patients to paid services and collect their claim documents and fee
- Handover documents to back-end team for claim processing
- Educate hospital staff about SureClaim services and coordinate with them for referrals
- Install SureClaim counselor app in mobiles of front-line staff of hospital
- Collect insurance cards of patients to check eligibility from SureClaim back-end team
- Collect and daily report data on hospital admissions and number of referrals to SureClaim
Key metrics to track :
- Number of daily admissions in hospital
- Number of daily referrals to SureClaim for eligibility check
- Eligibility cases converted to paid claims
