Our client is an enterprise platform that partners with organisations across the globe to maximise their employees- wellbeing, performance, and longevity. Our Learning and Development modules and wellbeing programs have been instrumental in our client partner's success. Our clients include: HUL, KPMG, GSK, Publicis Groupe, Udaan, Moet Hennessy, and more.

Role Overview & Responsibilities :

- We have recently enjoyed significant growth and now look to bring on an experienced Sales Associate to support this growth.

- Proposal building - alterations for clients if and when needed based on current templates

- Crisp follow ups over email and other modes of communication

- Generate leads from any existing network

- Take ownership of first time/ renewal closure of specific accounts

- Go the extra mile to drive sales

- Recommend & implement new sales strategies

Desired Candidate Profile Requirements :

- BA/BS Degree from a recognized institution, MBA will be an advantage

- Awareness around corporate L&D/ wellbeing/ health products

- 3-5 years experience selling enterprise offerings (ARR/ licence models)

- Any current network of corporate clients will be good to have

- Exceptional interpersonal skills

- Ability to work and collaborate in teams

- Passionate about data and wellbeing
