Our client is an award-winning digital media company specialising in high-end web and new media technology. The company has successfully launched thousands of websites across various industries and are working to establish branch offices in every city in India.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying and cold calling new business prospects/leads based on predefined criteria.
- Researching on target accounts to understand their needs and generate their interest.
- Pitching to prospects/customers on various services such as Web Designing or Digital Marketing.
- Developing a robust pipeline and monitoring it using the company's CRM.
- Performing research to identify customer needs, pain points and market gaps.
- Following up with prospects on a regular basis.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets
The Profile :
- You ideally have Inside Sales experience within the B2B industry.
- You have knowledge of prospecting and selling solution led deals to SME in the technology industry
- You are able to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms via telephone, Email, WhatsApp & LinkedIn.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is required to communicate with clients.
- You are flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new processes.
- You have effective listening, written & verbal communication as well as phone skills.
- You are a highly self-motivated team player with proven problem-solving abilities.
- You are able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
