Responsibilities:

- Attending Field in bound calls from sales Agents and give technical and sales support to them on products, Competition and resolve their queries

- Assisting Agents in the sales process by providing product knowledge, giving Sales Training, giving sales ideas, information on Company, Fund performance, Bonuses etc

- Improving advisors Engagement & strengthening their relationship with the company.

- Continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.

- Providing Satisfactory Resolution of query received from field.

- Making proactive sales calls (phone, e-mail, and mailings) on a daily basis with existing financial advisors to strengthen relationships & identify opportunities to establish relationships with new Financial Advisors.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 1+ years- of experience in the insurance sector working as a sales desk associate, customer support or as a Sales Trainer.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
