3.25 To 4.50 LPA + incentive + other Benefit

Job Description :
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Making awareness of company products to potential and existing customers and presenting them to make purchases
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service
- Conducting market research to identify selling responsibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing Advisors for higher productivity
- Preparing strategy & achieving targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
Requirements & skills :
The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
Education Qualification : Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Field Sales & Marketing
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
