Our client is democratizing payments for small & medium businesses in india. They are pioneers in on-demand payments in the country, and are relentlessly working on delivering seamless online business experience.
You will be responsible for :
- Creating and executing customer re-activation & retention campaigns campaigns that improve engagement and reduce churn.
- Using data analytics to generate insights in order to optimize campaigns and generate customer segments based insights for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.
- Generate monthly strategies for the growth of revenue from existing portfolio of clients.
- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
The Profile :
- You have a Degree from top tier college or university.
- Some prior experience within client retention space and knowledge of relevant CRM tools will be an advantage.
- You are comfortable with cross-functional interactions and possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
- You are a strategic thinker, with an innate ability to understand business goals and can define ways to achieve them.
- You have good experience dealing with analytics tools and are comfortable with calculating churn metrics, campaign effectiveness etc.
- You keep yourself updated with all technology advancements, especially in FinTech sector, which will help us as a business going forward.
- You are a driven individual who pays strong attention to detail and delivers work that is of a high standard.
