Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
We are looking to hire a front-line sales manager that possesses the ideal combination of experience, depth of knowledge, excellent client handling, source of customer, presentation skills, and lead closing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To create a solid advisor base, find and hire the best advisors.
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks. Implement the Need-Based Selling Model and abide by it in order to cross-sell insurance.
- Put an emphasis on managing the sales team, geographic coverage, and the spread.
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
- Assemble, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales representatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 3+ year experiences in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.50 To 3.50 LPA
