Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing a customer portfolio and onboarding new clients are both made possible by working on business leads.
- To ensure customer satisfaction, promptly and efficiently address their needs.
- Maintaining good customer relations will increase deposit mobilization and cross-selling, among other benefits.
- Work closely with the pertinent parties to fulfill a critical role in achieving the strategic objectives of the bank.
- Remain up to date on the macroeconomic aspects affecting the industry, such as changes in regulations and procedures.
- Ensure that account transactions are compliant with client instructions, bank policies, and regulatory guidelines to protect the bank from liability and risk associated with money laundering, fraud, and other legal and regulatory issues.
- Collect relevant customer data in order to develop new products.
