Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles:
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals with clients and insurers while working in the group health insurance industry.
- Client Retention, which ensures keeping current clients.
- Managing a team of AVPs, DGMs, and managers, setting team goals, mentoring them to hit sales targets, and regularly checking on the sales team's progress.
- Will be in charge of increasing sales through agency and direct channels.
- Will be in charge of presenting operating expenses and guaranteeing profitability.
- Maintain efficient and impartial networking with industry leaders to discuss business-related difficulties and come up with solutions.
- Ensuring that the delivery of policies to POS/agents, renewals, quotes, endorsements, commission payments, and other process
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
