We are looking for Associate Relationship Manager for India's reputed Insurance Sector, who can work intensely insightful and The job role of Associate Relationship Manager is to generate a revenue of the company by promoting and selling products.
Job Title : Associate Relationship Manager
Experience : Mini. 2 Year in Sales/Marketing
CTC : Upto 4.0 LPA + Incentive
Pay Roll: On Roll - Full Time
Work Timing : 9am to 6pm
Job Roles and Duties :
- To build relationships with key employees among customers
- To create plans to address clients- business needs
- To advise clients on creating profitable processes
- To schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- To act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- To help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- To ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- To study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- To set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- To collaborate with internal teams of sales, senior management to address customers needs
