Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
1. Suggest and locate possible customers in the sector.
2. Make sales presentations and explain to prospective customers the value that the company's goods and services offer.
3. Establish and nurture solid connections with both new and current customers to guarantee recommendations and repeat business.
4. Close sales agreements through negotiation in order to meet both individual and group sales goals.
5. Work together to create sales plans and campaigns with the business development and marketing departments.
6. Keep abreast of market developments and rival companies to spot new business prospects.
7. Give management regular updates on sales activity, results, and projections.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
