Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Developing a business plan that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organisational sales.
- Reaching predetermined sales targets.
- Assigning personal goals to each member of the sales team.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on outcomes as needed.
- Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
- Organising lead generation in tandem with marketing.
- The continuous education of your sales staff.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Good communication skills
