Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- To increase the size of the agency force, finding and hiring new agents and representatives
- Offering agents guidance and coaching to improve their customer relationship management, sales abilities, and product expertise
- Agent performance is tracked and evaluated, goals are defined, and assistance is given to help agents meet their sales targets.
- To meet or surpass sales targets and revenue objectives, strategies and plans for sales development and implementation must be developed.
- Assuring agents are well-versed in the company's insurance and financial offerings so they can explain the features and advantages of the products to clients.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
