Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote and sell banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels, including referrals, events and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and complaints in - professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest banking products and services, as well as industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
