Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-7 yrs)
Roles :
- In charge of managing connections and acquiring new clients from the sector that will result in the total deposit (CASA & ITD)
- Ensuring that the premium segment accounts for 50% of CA accounts
- In charge of POS installation
- In charge of branch retail current accounts' month-end balances (ETB) and month-end balances (NTB).
- In charge of cross-selling (RTD plus TPP plus SB NOA)
- In charge of contributing 10% of the total deposit (CA+SA) via new mandates and relationships from the GIB segment through incremental business.
- Contributes to innovation at work
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
- CTC : up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Others
