Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Update the client's contact information and pertinent account notes using client relationship management software.
- Set up agendas, schedule meetings, and prepare any additional materials that may be required.
- Review and organize the notes from client meetings, and schedule any necessary follow-up.
- Provide clients with updates as needed by working together with Relationship Management and other team members.
- Verify the accuracy of all client transactions and documentation on a regular basis.
- In all of your communications with clients, act professionally.
- Attend to infrequent client requests and ensure that protocols are carried out
- Adhere to all industry and company policies and procedures.
