Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage a client portfolio while working on business possibilities to bring on new clients.
- In order to satisfy clients, offer quick, efficient service.
- Keep in touch with customers to, among other things, encourage cross-selling and deposit - mobilization.
- Assist the bank in achieving its strategic objectives by working closely with the key stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the macroeconomic factors affecting the sector, such as rules and procedures.
- To protect the bank from liability for money laundering, fraud, and other legal and regulatory concerns, coordinate account transactions and ensure that they follow client instructions, bank policies, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain relevant information from customers to develop new products and services.
