Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Improve relationships with current Prime Customers to increase share of wallet and earnings.
- Provide great customer service to boost client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the portfolio to achieve book stability and lower the risk of attrition.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the assets held by the clientele in the bank and elsewhere, as well as information on their profiles, demographics, and psychographics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the bank's high-net-worth clientele.
- To reach the segment's predetermined goals for the number of customers, volumes, and revenue, create new business.
- Fulfil the objectives set forth for the product mix
- Introducing all new customers that the direct sales team, branches.
