Associate Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Utilize liability products to increase sales performance in order to meet specific revenue targets (both branch and personal). Current and savings accounts, term deposits, wealth management plans, and products pertaining to assets (secured and unsecured).
- Utilize in-branch interactions, out-of-marketing calls and presentations, and sales promotions to bring in new business.
- In order to create action plans for achieving goals, actively participate in branch sales planning.
- The candidate guarantees constant adherence to the bank's sales and mis-selling policies.
- Make sure the Branch provides excellent customer service. Handle challenging customer circumstances.
- Make sure all internal and external guidelines are followed, and make sure audits and other inspections receive as few comments as possible.
- To meet the needs of the customer, make sure that transactions are processed with a high degree of accuracy and dedication.
- Verify the accuracy and fullness of the transactions that are processed, and make sure concessions
