Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Utilise customer relationship management software to update client contact information and essential account notes.
- Plan meetings and create any necessary agendas and papers.
- Review and prepare the client meeting notes, then arrange any necessary follow-up - activities.
- As appropriate, collaborate with Relationship Management and other team members to inform clients.
- Regularly check the veracity of all customer documentation and transactions.
- In your interactions with others for business, act professionally.
- Answer sporadic client inquiries and see that processes are completed.
- Observe all corporate policies and legal requirements.
