Job Description :
- Participate in the creation and launch of sales activities to increase the number of orders placed for the project.
- Attend to clients eager to purchase houses and actively pitch your project to them.
- For better selling, stay up to date on market dynamics, rivalry, pricing trends, and mortgage financing.
- Manage daily walk-in business with thorough reports.
- Strong customer follow-ups to encourage return visits and deal closes.
- Participate in the creation and application of the sales strategy.
- Ensure adequate adherence to the sales process and lead tracking methods while maintaining correct daily records on a CRM.
- Participate actively in all phases of customer involvement up until the deal is closed and offer assistance with problem solving.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
