Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals.
- Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
