Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Recognises prospects to find business opportunities.
- Promotes items by getting in touch with potential customers, building rapport, and suggesting solutions.
- Making outbound calls using information gathered from secondary data sources and lead generating operations.
- Work on new leads and follow up on previous leads every day.
- Upholds service quality by creating and enforcing organisational standards.
- Must have a positive attitude, be articulate, and be motivated to close sales and bring in money for the arrangement.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
