Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Positions and Accountabilities :

- Strategy Development : Create and carry out a strategic sales plan to meet business goals and revenue targets.

- Leadership : Recruit, train, and monitor performance of the sales team while demonstrating great leadership and direction.

- Management : To monitor sales success and encourage accountability among the sales force, clearly define performance metrics and KPIs.

- Analysis : To spot new trends, risks from competitors, and expansion prospects, do a comprehensive market analysis.

- Relationship Management : To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, establish and preserve solid bonds with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as those in finance, product development, and marketing, to provide support and alignment for sales activities.

- Improvement : To improve sales procedures, output, and efficiency, lead continuous improvement projects within the sales department.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
