Roles and Responsibility:
- Follow up on the database/leads provided by Company.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
- Generate leads through references/activities.
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solutions to the customers for all their financial needs.
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments
- Up-sell & Cross-Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
- Creating Value Proposition For Customers By Selling Them Life/Health Insurance
- Grooming And Development As A Sales Leader In The Life/Health Insurance Industry.
- Self-Sourcing Of Customer Leads From Own Natural Market To Sell Life/Health Insurance
Candidate profile :
- Age Criteria: 24 To 33
- Team Leading Experience
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
- Stability 2 Years in one Firm
- 3 + Years Of Experience Required In Sales And Marketing In BFSI/Insurance Or Similar Industry
