Need Relationship Manager for Direct channel for reputed life insurance company.
Position : Associate Relationship Manager
Department : Direct sale
CTC : up to 4.2 LPA + Incentive + other Benifit
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through references/activities.
- Up- sell & Cross Sell the Orphan Base of Customers allocated.
- Cross-Sell/Upsell Products.
- Self-Sourcing Of Customer Leads From Own Natural Market To Sell Life/Health Insurance Products
- Recruiting and training Financial Consultants, Advisors, and other team members
- Making cold calls to attract conceivable customers
- Research on Prospective leads and Identify the Interested customer leads
Candidate Required Profile :
- Well organized with time great management abilities
- Having Sales And Insurance experience
