Associate Relationship Manager - Customer Service - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Build client-facing quarterly investment performance reports and presentations
- Manage client communications calendar, including newsletters, customer satisfaction surveys, client engagement webinars and plan health updates
- Partner with Relationship Managers and work independently, to manage day-to-day client service requests and demands
