Associate Relationship Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Set the agenda for the customer experience while ensuring that all client communication needs are carried out transparently.
- Take part in projects relating to regulations, platforms, and clients.
- Own your knowledge of client service and take on any duties the CEM team may have regarding the impact of implementation on our customer arrangements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer deliverables (such as invoices, reports, price files, and data) by cooperating with internal teams across functional boundaries.
Address new operational requests (such as alterations to the customer report) and notify broad partners of the completion summary.
Determine any operating events that could affect the customer experience, take corrective action, and do root cause analysis; create a long-term process failure mitigation strategy.
