Associate Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the life insurance sales through assigned our banking Partner Banking/Brokers
- Build a Relationship between channel partner and company from the Lead generation of potential customers
- Take a Regularly Follow up with Operations and employees of our channel partners for Leads
- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in the acquisition of clients.
- Schedule customer requirements meetings and study for better product pitching
- Securing a business through your potential bancassurance customers
- Help in pre-and post-sales to your potential customers and channel partners
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 2 + Years of experience in sales and marketing of BFSI/Insurance or similar Industry
- Age should be between 21 to 35 Years
- Strong Presentations and Communications Skills
- Excellent in Negotiation and persuasion
- Attractive Personality and Positive attires
