Experience: 2 to 4 years of Sales and Marketing
Age : 24 to 40
CTC : 2 LPA to 4LPA + incentive
JOB DESCRITION :
- You have to recruit a Financial Agent or Advisor from Open Markets Like doctors, Students, professors - teachers
- Training will be provided by the company regarding Insurance products and how to complete your sales target
- You have to Support and Motivate your team members to achieve their goals by selling Life Insurance Product
- You have to activate your members by doing business
- Maintain daily reports and provide it to your supervisor
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and try to gain more and more business from their reference.
