Job Profile : Associate - Qualitative Research

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Location : Gurgaon

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Working on research projects that include Industry Overviews, thought pieces, market sizing studies, detail company profiles, pitch books, competitive bench marking and opportunity assessments.

2. Worked on Market sizing, value chain analysis, Trends & Drivers, Regulations,Competitive bench marking and Porter analysis.

3. Ultimate responsibility for team output, in terms of quality and timeliness.

4. Experience in project management, handling/supervising small teams (2-3 juniors).

5. Writing reports, summarizing your analysis for advisory/research-driven clients.

6. As you gain more experience, coaching and mentoring more junior team members.

7. Strong communications and writing skills.

Mandatory Skills :

1. 2+ years of relevant industry experience (majorly qualitative research but along with basic financial knowledge).

2. Should be from MBA (Finance) background.

3. Strong communications skills + writing skills

4. Deep exp in work products like - company profile, Industry Overviews, thought pieces, market sizing studies, Competitive bench marking and opportunity assessments.

Secondary Skills :

1. Basic financial analysis and financial ratios analysis.

2. Database: CapIQ, Factiva, Thomson, Bloomberg, Preqin, Hoovers, One source, EIU, and BMI
