Associate - Presales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
- Communicating with residents in houses Ivy Homes is evaluating, Channel Partners Ivy Homes team works with, Property Managers and Home Owners as necessary from time to time.
- Explaining the concept of Ivy Homes, how we buy & sell homes, and why it would be a wise decision to sell your home to us
- Gather preliminary vital information pertaining to the seller's home from publicly available sources as also through conversation
- Monitoring leads, handholding through the inspection and valuation process internally to ensure offers are made to sellers at the earliest possible time
- Working with Channel Partner Managers, Property Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure steady flow of leads and conversations to a pre-defined target
- Work with Google Sheets and CRM alike to generate and analyse performance reports
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers.
- In depth understanding of and coordination with Operations team for Home Inspections
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Helping close acquisitions and achieving acquisition targets with the team.
