Associate - Presales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)

- We are seeking a motivated Presales Associate to join our real estate team. As a Presales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads and ensuring that prospects visit our real estate sites. You will also be responsible for assisting in the presales process by providing prospects with information about our properties and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, and live leads.

- Respond to inquiries from prospects and provide them with information about our properties, including pricing, features, and amenities.

- Schedule appointments for prospects to visit our real estate sites and accompany them during site visits to provide information and answer any questions they may have.

- Follow up with prospects after site visits to gauge their interest and provide additional information as needed.

- Maintain a database of prospects and update it regularly with relevant information, such as their contact details, preferences, and purchase timeline.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the presales process is seamless and efficient.

- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree

- Proven experience in generating leads and converting them into customers, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and work well in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
