What you will do :

- Support the team in managing campaigns across Google and Facebook

- Learn fundamentals of generating revenue via performance marketing initiatives

- Monitor campaigns, flag concerns, and identify opportunities for growth

- Keyword and trend research in paid search paid social, and other biddable platforms

- Audience and Strategy building on Meta Ads

- Building reports and presentations to be shared with stakeholders

Skills we're looking for :

- Ability to analyze data and be a creative problem solver

- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative, deadline-driven environment

- Knowledge of MS Excel and copywriting skills

- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing

- Excellent communication skills

Location : Bangalore (6 days in-office)

- Preferred Pet parent and has an understanding of the pet category

- Candidates with D2C/E-commerce background preferred

- They should be a team player

- Execution-oriented and willing to multi-task

- Keen to learn and bring energy to the team
