Associate Performance Marketing Manager (1-3 yrs)

Job Description :

As an Associate Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage high quality acquisition campaigns, and branding activities across the mobile games. Additionally, ensure that projects within the marketing department are delivered in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the business's guidelines, quality standards, and objectives.

Requirements :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Hands on experience with Campaign Management & Optimization for Self Service Platforms like Google AdWords, Yahoo Gemini & Social Media Platforms like Facebook & Twitter.

- Hands-on experience with Advert Account setup, Facebook Pixel or Google Conversion Suggestions, Targeting, Bid Selection; Ad Scheduling.

- Campaign Launch for Post Boosts, Conversions, Lead Generation, App Installs & Instagram Marketing.

- Detailed Data Analysis & Intensive Market Research to achieve company's short-term goals of Spend vs ROI Optimization.

- Good understanding of attribution channels like TUNE (MAT), AppsFlyer, & Adjust.

- Must be aware of Incent & Non-Incent traffic and should have basic industry knowledge.

- Superior analytical capabilities with strong insight and proven understanding of how performance marketing works in India across all digital and offline channels.

- Versatile. Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.

- Exceptional excel and data analysis skills.

- Has direct experience in Indian mobile media performance marketing.

- Must be able to do own analysis across platforms.

- Excellent communication skills, oral and written - English.

- Passion for games!
